I got this issue before as well. I think the output format of the stream is the problem. A new problem is the new version on the media encoder having the newer output format. I would try to change the output format to something else than MJPEG(I think it is the default). You can also try to use the media encoder in a 32 bit environment. Than in the Filters folder in AE2019 go to Prefs/Sequence/Filters. Change the bit depth in the drop down menu to 32 bit. Do the same in the Media Encoder Preferences and change the bit depth. THan in the project go in File> Get External Media Settings and change the Bit Depth in the Media Encoder drop down menu to 32. Now you can watch the output format with media encoder in the media browser. I hope this helps you. Joachim
