Dragon Age Origins No Helmet Mod

The mod is available in two versions: the original no-sound, for use with vanilla DA:O, and a no-dummy version that plays a sound when activated, for use with the Awakening DLC. The two versions have the same functionality, but the no-dummy version lets you see your companions' facial expressions and will play the helmet sound effect when activated, while the original no-sound version will show facial expressions, but not play the sound effect. In addition, the no-dummy version will play a sound when the player and their companion wear their helmets at the same time, while the original no-sound version will not.
Note: The no-dummy version of this mod will play the helmet sound effect when activating this mod while wearing the Awakening DLC's helmet, and it will play the helmet sound effect when the player is not wearing their helmet.
This mod was started to rectify the incredibly low number of available helmets in DA:O while maintaining all other aspects of the game, and to provide a more interesting alternative to the stock HD-printed helmets. It will not replace the default face and head meshes, only the helmets.
If you are using the Awakening DLC, this mod will allow the player to see facial expressions and play the sound effect when using their helmet, but will not play the sound effect when the player is not wearing their helmet.
This mod is fully compatible with any other mods that alter HD-printed helmets, as well as Manastorm, and works with Anakin's Event Manager. It is also for use in the Awakening DLC, so it won't conflict with any DLC-specific modifications.
Note: this mod's.esp file is an executable, it does not use the mod manager. It is used to install the mod, activate it, and delete it, as all.esp files do. Do not worry about the contents of the folder it is in, as the contents of the mod folder will not affect the game.
11.7.18Jaco has completed the No Helmet Hack by Yonline2 and made version 2.0 available for DAO and DAA. It is 100% compatible with the No Helmet Hack by Yonline2, and it doesn't mess with any of the other parts of the mod. It is best used with the No Helmet Hack by Yonline2 as a more comprehensive solution. It will work with both The Witcher 3 and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt as well as the expansion packs (if they use the same method of hiding the helmets and armour). It will also work with the New Game Plus, as well as if you download the mod in the main Witcher 3 directory after the game has been installed.
Please allow a few hours for the mod to load. The camera hack will not work while using the helmet hack, but the helmet hack should work as normal.
Some applications, such as Java, require that the application directories and libraries are updated to a newer version before the user can update. However, there are some applications that are not explicitly API-specific, such as the X Window System, the X server source code, are automatically updated as required. 827ec27edc
